布丁配料:牛奶: 250g, 细砂糖: 35g, 鸡蛋: 2个, 焦糖配料:细砂糖: 75g, 水: 20g, 香草精: 少许
步骤
11.牛奶、细砂糖隔水加热,加热的时候不停搅拌至砂糖融化,然后晾至温热。(图1)

77.布丁液倒入容器。(图7) 预热烤箱,160度,烤盘注入热水,放入布丁瓶,水要超过布丁液一半,40分钟左右,布丁液凝固即可。冷却后冷藏保存。
