步骤
1绢豆腐汆水(水开以后放入,等水再次沸腾就能捞起来了)

2取一半豆腐+全部的芝麻粉,打匀

3牛奶,奶油和糖混合,小火加热,有小气泡产生即可,注意搅拌,不要形成奶皮

5吉利丁片泡开后隔水融化,取一半加入4中,搅拌均匀,有条件可以过筛

6在容器里放一半5即可,送入冰箱冷冻二十分钟左右

7用同样的方法得到杏仁豆腐糊
