原料
黑木耳, 胡萝卜, 蒜泥, 苹果醋, 生抽, 橄榄油
步骤
1 黑木耳提前泡发好;

2 大蒜剥好后用刀背拍碎切成蒜泥;

4 锅中把水烧开后放入泡发好的黑木耳;

5 锅中水再次滚起后加入胡萝卜丝过一下水;

小技巧
1.加了苹果醋,酸酸甜甜,最重要的是苹果醋本身也有减脂和美容的功效啊; 2.生抽就是用来调味的,本身就比较咸,很多人总提醒我忘了放盐,凉拌菜里加了生抽就不用放盐了; 3.难得吃清淡的菜还能接受,但是每次都是无盐无油菜让人肯定受不了,所以Tony在里面加的是橄榄油; 4.蒜泥的香味,在最后把热油淋在上面时被完全激发出来了,所以这道菜让你享受美食的同时,长期吃还减肥减脂啊!
