原料
富强粉250克, 糖30克, 酵母粉3克, 苋菜汁125克
步骤
1(酵母粉加一点糖和面粉温水拌成糊状)加入面粉里拌均匀,糖和苋菜汁融化加进面粉里揉成面团手光,盆光,面团光滑,放到温处发酵到两倍大。将面团排气,分成110克重量,四份,多一份,共五份面团

2取一个110克面团压扁

4用刀切开两条线,成四份同样大小面团

5将面团中间压出线条(如图所示5),用手在边边往回收紧,每一个同样方法完成

6将蒸笼抹上一点点油,在边边顺序排列好
