新鲜火鸡一只 1lb/Person, 橄榄油 20tsp, 蒜头 20瓣, 西芹 0.25lb, 胡萝卜 0.25lb, 青椒 1颗, 蘑菇 0.25lb, 牛肉火腿 1根, 迷迭香,香菜,黑胡椒,盐,sage, oregano, thyme savory等香料 3tsp, 面包 1个, 酒 20tsp, 黄油 1块, 洋葱 1个, 鸡汤 0.5盒, 牛肉汁 4bottle
步骤
1新鲜火鸡洗净,用盐和酒(葡萄酒,米酒无所谓啦)泡一整天。我们称给火鸡洗了一天的澡~

4橄榄油加蒜泥预热,加牛肉火腿,和蔬菜块一起炒熟

5面包入烤箱烤脆,切块

6火鸡肚子里填上炒好的蔬菜和烤脆的面包快,淋上鸡汤入烤箱325F,根据火鸡大小烤3个半小时。中途隔段时间打开检查鸡汤是否烤干,补充鸡汤。
