10起大油锅,生生麸放入油炸。(炸起来像面筋发得很大,过一会就缩小)

11炸好的生生麸加入老抽放入茴香和冰糖,先高火再小火,最后收汁

小技巧
一盆是生抽烧一盆是老抽烧,味道有点不同,一种是糖醋排骨味一种是红烧肉味。这素食荤烧味道特别好。
