芹菜, 猪肉(选用里嵴肉 或 猪梅肉 口感会更嫩), 黑木耳, 胡萝卜, 姜, 蒜, 生抽, 料酒, 盐, 鸡精, 生粉
步骤
1芹菜择去叶子,洗净切段

2猪肉切丝,加入少许生抽、料酒和生粉腌制片刻

小技巧
煸炒芹菜的时间不宜过长,一是为了口感,二是过久香味就会减退。闻到香味的时候就可以了;
