糖醋萝卜是我们家每年都要做的一道冷菜,只要提前一天把萝卜切好腌制浸泡,酸甜脆爽开味去油腻呀,最早吃完哈
原料
萝卜 两只, 紫甘兰, 盐, 白糖, 白醋
步骤
1先将白萝卜洗干净后,切成薄圆片

2在萝卜片上洒上一些细盐

3拌匀腌制一下,控去水分

4紫甘兰切成小细块

5然后放入榨汁机里打成紫甘兰汁

6然后将萝卜片放入紫甘兰汁中,加入适量白糖

7倒入白醋,神奇的就变成紫红红的了(糖醋的比例可以按照各人喜欢的酸甜口感程度分别添加)

8最后放入保鲜盒中腌浸一天入味入色,即可摆成玫瑰花开装盘,吃时淋上少许香麻油即可
