酱油2碗 清水4碗与冰糖, 小茴香一小扎 八角3个, 草果2个 沙姜几小块, 桂皮一小段 香叶一小扎, 陈皮一小块 甘草几片, 豆蔻5~6小个 姜片一小段, 干辣椒2~3个 葱5根

1香料放电饭锅

2放酱油与清水,冰糖,冰糖稍微要多点

3充电煮开10~15分钟,把香料味逼出来

4放葱,这时可以试下味,太咸的话要再加糖喔,谨记,不用放盐,酱油本身很咸的,只需要用糖来调味

5煮卤水时可以先把肉飞水,另加姜片与陈皮进去,除味

如果实在只有很小的卤水,就要相对调多一些,最好用温火卤肉,卤水不宜卤干
