冬天都爱吃酸汤肥牛,在一家我很喜欢的馆子里却有一道“酸汤龙利鱼”一直吸引着我的注意。不过因为要价68元,我一次也没点过(丢人),捉摸著自己按照酸汤肥牛的做法试一试吧。(我是厨房新手……方子应当需要改善)
原料
龙利鱼柳 400g, 彩椒 各半颗, 金针菇 300g, 豆芽菜 200g, 黄灯笼辣椒酱 15g, 蒜末 2瓣量
步骤
1龙利鱼解冻后用厨房纸巾擦干水分,切片备用
