小技巧
1.芦笋有点苦味,焯水后口感好点,焯水时记得在水里滴几滴油,这样可以不让芦笋过快地变色发黄,芦笋的末端可不要扔掉,削皮即可; 2.虾仁已经熟了不必炒很久,火龙果也要最后放,熟了口感不好再者营养也没了; 3.火龙果放半个差不多了,如果孩子爱吃多放也没关系,没有鱼露不放也可以; 4.勾薄芡可以让菜色更加好看,味也更美;
