原料
鸡肫, 小红辣椒, 姜, 蒜, 香芹, 熟白芝麻, 老干妈豆豉, 白糖, 胡椒粉, 料酒, 花椒面, 水淀粉
步骤
1将鸡肫子洗净去掉内黄衣后,片薄片,用料酒、盐、胡椒粉、花椒面抓匀腌渍
