6鍋內放油,油量要多,一般炸東西的油量就行,油溫升到兩三成熱,放一片年糕片下去,如果馬上能浮起來,變膨大就行,油溫千萬不能高,不然膨脹不起來

7抓一把年糕片放下去,看視頻,年糕片馬上浮起來變膨大,這時用筷子不停的拔動

8變膨大後關中小火,慢炸至年糕微黃(大概2分鐘左右),千萬不能用大火,不然很容易焦了
