11準備好大料, 花椒,麻椒,香葉,豆蔻,花椒,桂皮……等等,手邊有的都放點就可以咯 記得放薑片去腥

12鍋多放點底油,放入大料炒香(喜歡吃辣的可以放點干辣椒和小辣椒)

13加入一小包海底撈火鍋底料和蔥姜

14炒香後加入糖,生抽,料酒,耗油,雞精,按口味加入鹽

15加入高湯,煮開後撈出大料和殘渣
