原料
低筋麵粉: 200g, 水: 100毫升, 融化黃油: 20g, 鹽: 4g, 糖: 3g, 裹入黃油: 120g, Kiri奶油芝士200g裝: 200g, 糖粉: 50g, 黃油: 50g, 淡奶油: 120g
步驟
1將part1的材料除了裹入黃油外,混合在一起,揉成一個光滑的麵糰,包上保鮮膜冷藏三十分鐘(這裡需要做2塊酥皮,配方表中是1份酥皮的量)

2將裹入黃油片放入適當的保鮮袋中,擀成16*16的正方形

3將鬆弛好的麵糰取出來,擀成18*32長方形

10分成兩等分,放在烤盤上,放入預熱190的烤箱中
