海參: 2隻(二至三人份), 蝦: 10隻, 扇貝丁: 半小碗兒, 姜: (一塊兒)最好是切薑絲, 鹽: 適量, 青菜: 適量, 香油: 少許勺, 燕麥: 50克左右(多少隨意)

7另加健脾養胃的粉一勺(芡實、茯苓、山藥、蓮子1:1:1:1)

8燒開後轉小火
