1雞蛋打散待用!!

2魷魚圈解凍洗凈,放入料酒胡椒粉去腥,少許鹽入底味待用!!

3麵包糠用深一點大碗裝,便於稍後蘸時需要加壓!!

4干澱粉少許備用!!

5鍋內寬油燒熱,魷魚圈蘸干澱粉然後抖凈多餘沒蘸實的,再蘸蛋液,再投進麵包糠碗內,抓一把灑在上面,用手加壓,讓其牢固的蘸滿大量麵包糠,輕輕投入油鍋,炸制酥脆變色即可!!

6根據個人喜好,搭配沙拉醬、番茄醬均可!!

小技巧
我用的是炸過東西的陳油,所以顏色不佳,如果不介意浪費可考慮使用新油!! 蘸干澱粉……蛋液……麵包糠,順序不可錯!! 蘸麵包糠時要充分加壓!!
