1備料。把孢子甘藍不新鮮的頭切掉,不新鮮的彩葉剝掉

2把個頭大的孢子甘藍切成兩半 培根切成小片 蒜瓣去皮拍成蒜蓉

3小番茄拌入油和黑胡椒碎,拌勻 烤箱220℃預熱20分鐘

6平底鍋燒熱後倒入蒜蓉爆香 隨後加入孢子甘藍翻炒 如喜歡黑胡椒的味道,可以適量再加些黑胡椒碎
