石斑魚柳: 4-6塊, 小杏菇: 2個, 細嫩蘆筍: 兩小把, 鮮奶油: 適量, 黑胡椒粉: 適量, 麵粉: 適量, 檸檬: 半個, 黃油: 三小塊, 橄欖油: 適量, 鹽: 少許, Roquefort藍奶酪(羊奶): 一湯匙
步驟
1石斑魚柳解凍用廚房紙吸干水份

2吸干水份放置一旁備用,我用了六小塊供兩人份

3準備裹魚柳的麵粉及做醬的料,圖中從左至右依次是:roquefort(一種法國味道比較重的鮮羊奶做的奶酪,如不喜歡可不加,但味道會完全不一樣)、鮮奶油、檸檬、橄欖油

4把魚柳依次裹上麵粉

5熱鍋倒入適量橄欖油及一小塊黃油融化

6融化後,小火黃油很容易糊

7將裹好麵粉的魚柳下鍋煎 小火煎

8煎至焦黃翻面繼續煎

9煎完魚接著用鍋里的油(如果不夠再加適量橄欖油和黃油)煎小杏菇,杏菇長這樣

10杏菇煎之前從中間切開兩半

11下鍋煎至兩面金黃

12另起一鍋燒開水煮細蘆筍,煮到蘆筍軟了,用刀一紮能扎透即可

13做醬!roquefort一勺,不用太多,這個奶酪味道很重,可根據個人口味調節
