15煎至兩面金黃後,把魚肉拿出,控油

16燉鍋里的油倒掉以後,再次放入控好油的魚肉,加入紅燒用調味料,加入適當的熱水,熱水要漠過魚肉,小火燉煮。

17大概燉煮20~30分鐘左右後,燉湯減少,變粘稠後,出鍋即可。
