2蒜苗芹菜洗盡切小斷

3辣椒適量洗盡切小粒

4豬肉切片放少許鹽,料酒,胡椒粉腌十分鐘左右

5鍋倒入少許油,放入腌好的豬肉,快炒至肉質發白,撈起備用

6鍋倒放油,可以稍微多點油,放入蒜苗的頭部,(葉子及芹菜後面再放),加入木耳。炒至木耳熟。再放入芹菜及蒜苗的葉子,小辣椒和豬肉。

7放調料:鹽,雞精,生抽,和一點老抽調色,翻炒一下,起鍋!
