步驟
1280g水加入140g紅糖煮到稍濃稠關火晾涼備用(390g)

2紅糖水中加酵母6g,麵粉580g,揉成麵糰發酵至2倍大(不用揉太長時間,成團就OK了)

3發酵麵糰時,做餡兒料 鷹粟粉25g加入水40g,煉乳20g,白砂糖50g,加熱至濃稠關火,加入黃油攪拌均勻

4加入核桃仁碎150g 核桃仁提前用烤箱烤香並弄成小顆粒(我這塊兒大點了)
