步驟
1豬排,也可以是豬裡脊,我這裡用的是帶一點點骨頭的那種,也就是平時可以做大排的,然後去肥肉去骨頭,沖洗下,用刀背倆面均勻拍散;

2然後撒少許胡椒粉、鹽,澱粉,生薑和少許紅酒抹勻,腌制1小時;

3雞蛋打撒,擱少許五香粉攪勻待用;

4鍋內倒入多一點的食用油,小火燒之七成熱,然後豬排用廚房紙吸干腌制的湯汁;

5豬排拍上麵粉,然後再拍去多餘的麵粉;

6豬排裹上全蛋液;

7然後裹上麵包糠,要稍稍用力壓,均勻裹上麵包糠!

8把豬排放油鍋炸,一定要小火哦!

9豬排炸至一面脆黃,翻另一面也炸至脆黃即可,豬排比較容易炸熟,所以不需要反覆翻面,我是兩面都一次性炸好的;

10然後撈出豬排放廚房紙上吸干多餘油分,切成小塊,然後捲心菜切絲,黃瓜切片,擺盤,最後豬排淋上番茄醬,蔬菜配上千島醬。很完美的就完成了這道日式炸豬排啦!
