2雪梨削皮,切塊,留心~ 料理棒把雪梨打成雪梨蓉!

3把雪梨蓉倒鍋內,加上梨心、掰碎的羅漢果、去核紅棗、百合、麥冬、姜和冰糖,開火煮開後轉小火煮約30分鐘

4煮好後稍放涼,過濾~
