小土豆: 個6-8, 蔥花: 適量, 蒜蓉: 適量, 指天椒: 適量, 糖: 適量, 醬油: 適量, 孜然粉: 適量
步驟
1土豆加水煮約15分鐘

2煮熟的土豆撈起,用刀稍微壓一下。切記不要用力,不然土豆真的碎了……(像上面個有一半屬於壓碎了……)

3切蔥花、切蒜蓉、切指天椒 (以上用量為:五棵蔥、一半蒜頭、三小顆指天椒)

4平底鍋里倒入油,煎土豆,煎至兩名變金黃即可撈起)

5把蔥花蒜蓉指天椒倒入剛煎完土豆的鍋內爆炒,同時加入少許糖(用了兩小咖啡勺)

6再往鍋里倒入土豆,同時倒入少許醬油,加入適量水,翻炒,直至收汁
