原料
小米粉: 500克, 洋蔥: 小半個, 蒜苗: 1根, 五花肉: 150克, 芹菜: 1根, 紅蘿蔔: 半個, 生抽: 20ml, 料酒: 20ml, 鮮蝦: 100克
步驟
1把所有材料清洗乾淨,紅蘿蔔切絲,五花肉切片

2小米粉泡提前用清水泡20分鐘,如果忘記提前泡,就是40度的溫水泡

3鍋里加油,這個油要比炒菜多些,因為小米粉吸油,油稍微熱下就可以把五花肉下鍋,把豬油煸出來。

4如果肥肉比較多,就多煸一會,到有點微黃,豬油渣好好吃,小時候嘴饞就偷吃這個。

5把切好的洋蔥紅蘿蔔絲蒜白下鍋炒出香味

6包菜下鍋翻炒幾下

7把生抽料酒調在一起淋下鍋

8加鹽巴,伴均勻就可以,不要把菜炒爛

9小米粉泡到有點發白就可以撈出來瀝水,小米粉不能泡太久,泡太久會爛掉

10把泡好的小米粉抖開,撒在菜上面

13火力調800,如果是煤氣灶,就用中小火

14中小火燜5分鐘左右
