Real Thai 紅咖喱醬: 50g, 雞腿肉: 100g, 椰漿: 200ml, 魚豆腐: 100g, 土豆: 50g, 胡蘿蔔: 50g, 青檸汁: 少許
步驟
1雞腿肉切塊 加料酒澱粉抓勻待用

2魚豆腐 魚丸煮熟後一分二改小塊

3取平底鍋加適量花生油燒熱 將預先切丁的土豆 胡蘿蔔煸炒至斷生 出鍋待用

4鍋中加入適量花生油燒至四成熱 將50g紅咖喱醬入鍋煸炒片刻

5將備好的雞腿肉塊入鍋與紅咖喱醬一起翻炒

6待雞肉翻炒至變色 依個人口味加入200-400ml椰漿
