原料
紅富士蘋果: 1個, 五花肉: 半斤, 蒜: 3-4瓣, 蔥段: 一根, 姜: 3-4片, 冰糖: 適量, 料酒,生抽,老抽,耗油,鹽: 適量
步驟
1準備食材,蔥切段,蒜壓扁,姜切片,將五花肉用水焯一下;生抽,老抽,耗油,料酒加少許鹽兌在一起

2將炒好的五花肉煎一下,鍋里不用放油,直接生煎。火不用太大,將肉里的油煎出來,煎完後把肉撈出來,留下底油

3用上面的底油小火翻炒冰糖,直到冰糖融化冒泡為止

4將炒好的五花肉和所有的調料一併倒到鍋里和冰糖汁一起翻炒

5充分翻炒後加開水,水要沒過肉。中火燉煮

6蘋果切成滾刀塊放在冷水裡備用
