2蘆筍去掉發硬的根部,下半部的皮削去,然後斜切成片

3將珍選撈汁倒入碗中 放入冰箱冷藏

4海參解凍,洗凈去掉不可食部分,大蒜拍扁後剁成蒜蓉備用

6另取新水,加幾片蔥姜,燒開後入海參焯燙30秒,撈出備用
