步驟
1紅豆,花生和亁蓮子在水中泡2小時;

2糯米同黑米混合,在水中泡2小時;

4將紅豆,花生和蓮子連水一起倒入鍋中,之後倒入糯米和黑米,加入2L水,高火煮滾。之後轉為中火,再煮90分鐘;
