7同時開始消毒果醬瓶(用沸水煮後晾乾)

8將草莓煮爛後加入檸檬汁與香草精,再煮成粘稠狀態狀態

小技巧
1.煮果醬的時候時時撇去浮沫會有利於果醬的口感 2.在果醬煮略微粘稠後時時攪拌,以免燒焦 3.在煮果醬的時候不可以煮的太粘稠,因為冷卻後果醬會自然變粘稠
