2五花肉末,放入切碎的蝦仁,豆腐碎末,雞蛋,料酒,耗油,生抽,鹽,蔥薑末,十三香等各適量,合成肉餡備用~

3將苦瓜清洗乾淨,切成1.5厘米厚的圈

4將苦瓜圈內部,抹上一層乾麵粉,然後插上牙籤備用
