羅勒葉: 60克, 大蒜瓣: 4瓣, 鹽: 適量, 橄欖油: 100毫升, 芝士粉: 適量, 義大利面(市場上有賣現成的義大利面): 130克, 三文魚: 4片, 蘑菇: 60克, 洋蔥碎: 適量, 胡蘿蔔片: 8片, 西葫蘆條: 50克, 水: 適量, 苦生菜: 1棵, 羅勒醬: 少許
步驟
1榨的過程中加適量加入橄欖油

2先將羅勒葉放入榨汁機中榨碎
