原料
中筋麵粉: 200克, 紫薯泥: , 菠菜汁: , 南瓜泥: , 牛奶: 120ml, 酵母: 3克, 細砂糖: 適量
步驟
1準備好紫薯泥、菠菜汁、南瓜泥,把麵粉分成4等份,牛奶加熱至40度,加入酵母攪勻,將準備好的材料分別和麵粉、牛奶酵母液、細砂糖揉成麵糰

2麵糰放進烤箱裡進行發酵

3發酵至兩倍大,取出麵糰,把白麵糰整成水滴形

4用剪刀在面上依次交錯剪幾刀,整成刺蝟的造型

5用黑芝麻做小刺蝟的眼睛

7在蒸鍋的蒸層上刷一點油,把小刺蝟放在蒸層上,醒發10分鐘
