6冬筍切片待用,

7鍋里放油燒熱,煸炒薑片,蒜片出香味,倒入冬筍片煸炒,然後放入青魚塊,加料酒翻炒至變色。

8加入木耳翻炒均勻,加一碗水大火煮開後小火慢慢燉一會,讓魚塊的咸鮮味和冬筍的鮮味融入一起,然後放一點點的辣椒,如果淡的話加點鹽,根據自己的口味來定,加入雞粉,少許糖,蔥段,翻炒一下即可出鍋。
