原料
干豆角(自家曬的): 一捧, 豬腿肉: 500克, 蒜子: 6瓣, 生薑: 6片, 小米辣: 適量(喜辣可多放), 小蔥: 1根, 雞精: 適量, 生抽: 適量
步驟
1干豆角用溫水泡半個小時,放置一旁

2蒜子切碎,小米辣切碎,生薑切絲備用

3豬腿肉去皮,肥瘦分開,切片

4干鍋下切好的肥肉,炸油

5炸油的肥肉變焦黃色後下入備好的姜蒜小米辣翻炒(不愛吃油渣的可以先把油渣盛出來)

6炒出香味後放入豬腿肉,快速翻炒

7豬腿肉斷生變色後放入泡軟的干豆角,翻炒均勻

8放適量雞精和生抽翻炒,可適量加少許水,這樣干豆角本身的味道可以更好的出來也更均勻

9最後就可以出鍋啦!盛出來以後把小蔥花撒在上面,家裡沒有小蔥了,所以沒放,不過也很好吃哦(⊙o⊙)
