1黃瓜洗凈切絲備用

2木耳泡發洗凈切絲備用。(吃不習慣生木耳的童鞋把木耳焯熟了再吃哈,我是從小吃習慣啦。)

3大蔥切蔥花備用

4做一鍋熱水,待水燒開後下入麵條煮熟,撈出放入涼水中過涼備用

5熱鍋倒油,放入打撒的雞蛋液炒熟盛出備用

6鍋內再倒些油,下入蔥花爆香

8下入炒好的雞蛋炒勻

9放入2大勺豆瓣醬炒勻,如果醬太干就放少許水稀釋一下再炒,翻炒均勻即可出鍋
