2做油皮,把中筋麵粉,軟化好的黃油,水,倒進揉面袋,揉面,不用非要出膜,但是要多揉會兒,麵糰揉的很軟很細,揉好保鮮膜蓋好

3做油酥,中筋麵粉,軟化好的黃油,攪拌均勻,弄成油酥團,保鮮膜包好
