如果沒有麵包糠,把雞蛋、麵粉、牛奶、胡椒粉、雞精、少許鹽全部混合;攪拌均勻。注意濃度稀一點,比牛奶濃就可以了。然後將洋蔥圈放進去十分鐘左右直接入鍋炸也可以...
