麵粉: 300g, 水: 200g, 雞蛋: 2個, 蔥花: 3g, 鹽: 適量, 食用油: 適量
步驟
1麵粉加水,揉成麵糰後餳發30分鐘,將餳好的麵糰放在案板上,均勻沾上麵粉

2將麵糰擀成長條,倒入適量食用油,將麵糰表面油推勻

3撒上適量鹽,從一邊捲成卷,將口捏緊,用刀切成小劑子

4將口捏緊後擰成麻花狀,麵糰按壓擀成餅,鍋燒熱後,將放入鍋中小火烤熟

5餅從白色變成半透明後翻面,加入適量食用油,小火烤熟後備用

6雞蛋打入碗中,放入蔥花和鹽攪拌均勻
