雞蛋: 4個(大約250g), 低筋麵粉: 100g, 糖: 60g, 色拉油 或黃油: 26g, 檸檬汁: 幾滴

1準備好材料,糖我放多了有點甜.所以方子我改了60g

24個全蛋放到盤中先啟動打蛋器中低檔打到起魚眼狀態.加檸檬汁.糖(糖分三次放)先高速打發打到變得有點濃稠了換中低檔,提起打蛋器滴落的蛋糊不會馬上消失.蛋糊可以畫出紋路即可

3色拉油加到蛋糊裡面攪拌均勻

4麵粉過篩分次加入麵粉到蛋糊中攪均勻,倒入模具端起來震幾下,把內部的氣泡震出來使表面平整光滑

5烤箱預熱5分鐘上下火180度,把蛋糕糊放烤箱烤30-40分鐘即可
