小技巧
蛋奶糊要徹底冷卻後再加入芒果泥。 冰激凌機的製冷桶需事先在冰箱冷凍室冷凍15小時以上。 攪拌完成的冰激凌很軟,不能挖球,放入冰箱繼續冷凍之後才能挖出成形的球體。
