小技巧
1:烤餅乾的時候餅乾坯之間留出一定的距離,防止烤的過程中餅乾體積蓬鬆連在一起 2:餅乾坯特別粘手不好擀的時候把麵皮擀好後放在冰箱裡冷藏半小時後再切膜 3:根據自己的烤箱溫度調,表面金黃色就好了
