原料
鯽魚 一條, 酸菜 適量, 姜、蔥、蒜 適量, 青辣椒 適量, 紅辣椒 適量, 泡椒 適量, 白菜梗 適量, 油、鹽、雞精
步驟
1準備材料,鯽魚洗凈,魚肚裡的黑膜血塊刮乾淨,分別切開魚頭和魚尾(鍋大的可不切)

2其它材料全部切好

3白菜梗和酸菜切段

4油鍋燒熱,可以多倒點油,把魚放入煎至兩面金黃,然後撈起裝盤備用

5煎完魚後鍋里的油不要倒,放入青椒、紅椒、泡椒、姜蔥蒜爆香

6再倒入酸菜和白菜梗翻炒

7放入煎好的魚,倒入清水,蓋上鍋蓋燜至5分鐘
