1鹹肉一塊

2鍋內多放水,水開後,將鹹肉裝盤放入蒸鍋內

3中小火蒸40分鐘。(也可用壓力煲更省時省氣)

4將蒸好的鹹肉出鍋,切薄片

5將折耳根的老根、須掐去,留下嫩白根及葉片,用清水多洗幾遍,洗凈去泥沙,用冷水浸泡5分鐘,撈出控干水分待用

6取一個小碗,將大蒜和小米辣分別剁碎

9一點香油、一點鹽、一點白糖,如果有炸好的辣椒油,也來一點兒
