原料
胡蘿蔔 4根, 香菜 1把, 鹽 5克, 麵粉 300克, 五香粉 適量, 孜然粉 適量, 油
步驟
1胡蘿蔔洗乾淨,去皮!用擦絲器擦成絲!

2香菜洗凈切碎

小技巧
注意油熱後不要再開大火,調至中小火即可! 如果一次不做太多可減量,由於胡蘿蔔的大小決定麵粉用量,不要讓面太稀!
