原料
雞蛋 3個, 豆腐 30克, 基圍蝦 6個, 胡蘿蔔 1/2根, 油菜, 食鹽 1/8茶匙, 白鬍椒粉 適量
步驟
1雞蛋放入鍋內,放入足量冷水沒過雞蛋,撒入少量食鹽,開大火煮制

2煮大約10分鐘,至可以用筷子輕鬆夾起雞蛋,雞蛋就熟了
