小龍蝦 2個(約3磅), 台灣油麵 適量, 雞湯 1碗半, 姜 1小塊, 蔥 3根, 鹽 1/4茶匙, 玉米澱粉 4大匙, 澱粉水 少許(1茶匙太白粉+2大匙水), 油 3碗(實用1大匙)

7鍋放油燒熱。(要看油溫夠不夠,取1筷子插入油中,有很多泡泡冒上來,說明油溫夠了,可以炸了。)
