小技巧
1、我用的是牛腩,有牛筋,偷懒所以用高压锅处理下牛肉,炒的时候不用费力。。 2、记得牛肉用高压锅煮要留点汤汁,这样之后杏鲍菇一起煮才够味儿。。。当然这个是我自己想当然 3、我其实不大爱做菜勾芡,不过这道菜勾芡下的确会更有食欲哈 4、我随手放的蚝油,本身有点甜,所以没有放白糖,如果手边没有蚝油,加少许白糖记得,提味儿 5、绿油油的蒜花啊蒜花。
