带皮五花肉: 800克, cook100奥尔良烤肉料: 140克, 水: 适量
步骤
1带皮五花肉洗干净,切成3公分左右的长条儿!

2用叉子在五花肉上叉几下,腌制的时候更加入味儿。

3cook100奥尔良烤肉料140克倒入碗中!

4加入少许凉水搅拌均匀!水不要太多,五花肉洗的时候带的有水分!

5把五花肉放进搅拌好的腌料中拌匀,让每条五花肉都均匀的裹满腌料儿!

6盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱冷藏腌制5个小时左右!最好提前一天晚上腌制,会更加入味儿哦!中途记得翻面哦!

7烤盘里铺上一层油纸,再垫上一层锡纸,把腌好的五花肉摆在烤盘里!有烤架的可以直接放在烤架上面烤!(一定记得烤盘里铺油纸和锡纸哦,这样烤盘里才不会弄脏,容易清洗!)

8再用锡纸包好,以免把五花肉表皮烤焦,也不会把烤箱弄的油乎乎的!

9放入提前预热好的烤箱中层,200度烤60分钟!

10烤好后取出,把剩下的腌料均匀的刷在五花肉上!

11再次放入烤箱,上下火190度烤10分钟即可!
